The hosts were amazing! They were friendly, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The location was perfect, right next to the train/metro station, convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the breakfast they served was delicious.
The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night. There were some shady characters on the street, but as long as you take precautions and don't flash valuable items, you should be fine.

I had a fantastic stay at Napoli City Rooms. The communication with the host was excellent, and they gave me some really helpful advice for a walking tour. The location was ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the main station and close to all the sightseeing spots. The room itself was spacious and clean, and with breakfast included, it was great value for money. The owners, Massimilio and his wife, were kind and cute, always available on WhatsApp. They even arranged a taxi for me and helped me with my luggage. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a powerful shower, and a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located and clean. The owners were pretty good too help us find a lost cell phone and even arranged transportation and restaurant reservations. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel safe and secure. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced, offering a great value for the money.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a 3-minute walk away. It is also conveniently located near the city center and the Piazza Garibaldi metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided by the friendly staff was delicious.

Convenient location for transit or airport transfers. Clean and quiet rooms with a view of the courtyard. Surprisingly good breakfast. Friendly and accommodating host with helpful travel tips.
